How does the free trial work?§1
7 days, full features, no card, you choose if and when to pay.
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, full feature access, no card required. You won't be charged anything until you actively choose a paid plan from Settings → Billing.
How does billing work?§2
Billed through Paystack, in cedi, and renews automatically until you cancel.
Paid plans are billed through Paystack, in Ghanaian cedi, either monthly or annually, annual billing is discounted relative to paying monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
How do I cancel?§3
One click in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, it doesn't cut off access immediately. You keep full access to your plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then the account moves to a read-only state. You can resubscribe at any time.
Can I get a refund?§4
No refunds for unused time after you subscribe, but you always get the free trial first, so you've already tried it before paying.
Because every plan starts with a full 7-day free trial, we don't offer refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after you've chosen to subscribe, you're never charged before you've had a chance to evaluate the product. If you believe you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service you paid for, contact us, we review these on a case-by-case basis.
What if a payment fails?§5
We'll email you to fix it. Your data stays safe either way, access just pauses until it's sorted.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you to update your payment method. If it isn't resolved, your account moves to a read-only state the same way a cancelled subscription does, your data isn't deleted, and access resumes as soon as billing is sorted out.
